I'm not being snide, just realistic. If you can provide facts and figures to indeed reach this goal without bankrupting the company attempting to do this, I'm all ears. Since sites like these seem to have all the answers, how would you fulfill this “green wish” for Colorado – 100% renewable by 2017 without a rate hike that would make energy unaffordable to the middle class consumer?

Midtown Greenway), and we KNOW they don't NEED to do this! They claim it's the only way to ease up the peak load during summer, but we all know that many of these poor homes (incl. mine!) are not properly weatherized, nor can we afford to do so.
